Subject to a minimum fee of £6,000, you will only pay 10% of a candidates offered salary regardless of position or seniority. No sneaky additional fees for an uplift in salary within the first 12 months or anticipated / realised bonus.

Sometimes, on very rare occasions things don't work out. Should this be the case we have an 8 week rebate structure in place to have you covered.
